Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Plus 2 years of experience in supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Interpret specifications and read blueprints.
• Preplan daily activities and ensure crew productivity to meet job schedule.
• Coordinate equipment needs, ensure operators are qualified and equipment is maintained.
• Assist Human Resources and Superintendent by interviewing, hiring, training and addressing employee issues.
• Directly supervise and coordinate daily activities of craft workers and lead crews.
• Travel to different jobsites on short notice; support project objectives and safety standards.
