Job summary

Victoria’s Secret & Co. is seeking a PINK Manager to lead store teams, deliver exceptional customer and associate experiences, and grow top-line sales in high-volume settings. You’ll coach Brand Supervisors, execute brand direction, and partner with Store Manager to drive results.

You’ll rely on strong leadership, coaching, scheduling, and visual standards to maximize inventory, staff development, and customer loyalty while operating within company policies and standards.

Qualifications

• Passion for Victoria’s Secret Brand and the ability to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Experience reviewing business reports and insights and taking action to achieve results.
• Self-awareness with openness to feedback to improve and develop.
• Experience selecting and developing direct reports and fostering a high-performance environment.
• Experience influencing cross-functional partners in formal and informal settings.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods.
• 3+ years of retail leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate brand direction into clear priorities and daily actions.
• Provide coaching to Brand Supervisors and selling teams.
• Analyze category performance and leverage reports.
• Maintain sales floor and fitting room standards.
• Lead talent lifecycle and hiring decisions with Store Manager.
• Direct reports including PINK Supervisors and Selling Associates.
• Lead in higher volume or more complex environments.
