• Lead the PINK Business to drive overall customer and brand experience.
• Ensure product presentation and selling behaviors reflect Brand guidance and objectives.
• Own visual execution and translate brand direction into priorities and daily actions.
• Provide coaching, development, and performance management for direct reports.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager and leadership teams to ensure flawless execution.
