Victoria’s Secret & Co. is seeking a PINK Manager to lead the store experience and drive top-line sales through exceptional customer service and strong leadership of the Brand team.

This role involves coaching PINK Supervisors and Selling Associates, ensuring visual standards, and partnering with store leadership to execute brand direction in a high-volume environment. Weekend and night shifts are required.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer and brand experience across the store; maintain visual standards.
• Own product storytelling and selling behaviors to protect the customer experience.
• Provide coaching to Supervisors and Selling Associates; support Store Manager.
• Lead talent lifecycle, including interviewing, hiring decisions, and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership for seamless execution and brand alignment.
• Handle duties such as floorset mapping, product launches, and shipment processing.
