Job summary

Victoria's Secret is seeking a PINK Manager to lead the customer and associate experience in a high-volume store, driving top-line sales and brand execution. You will guide Brand Supervisors, prioritize tasks, and coach teams to align with the brand’s standards and emotional tone.

In partnership with the Store Manager, you will oversee hiring decisions, performance management, and daily operations to ensure exceptional service and consistent brand presentation.

• Experience leading and coaching retail teams.
• Ability to translate brand direction into actionable plans.

Responsibilities

• Drive exceptional customer and brand experiences to grow sales.
• Provide direction, prioritization, and coaching to Brand Supervisors.
• Own visual execution and product storytelling within the line of business.
• Lead talent lifecycle activities including interviewing and performance management.
• Collaborate with Store Manager on store leadership and mission execution.
