• Oversee sales floor standards and fitting room operations where applicable.
• Manage talent lifecycle, including interviewing and hiring decisions with Store Manager.
• Direct reports such as PINK Supervisors and Selling Associates as assigned.
• Lead in higher volume or more complex environments to drive business performance.
