Reports to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager as assigned. This leadership role requires managing visual execution, coaching, and talent decisions while maintaining brand standards across a busy retail

• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform related physical tasks.
• 3+ years of retail leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate brand direction into priorities and daily actions on the sales floor.
• Drive product storytelling and selling behaviors while protecting the customer experience mood.
• Provide category-level insights using company tools and reports.
• Maintain sales floor and fitting room standards as applicable.
• Lead talent lifecycle decisions and performance management with Store Manager.
• Direct reports including PINK Supervisors and Selling Associates as assigned.
• Lead in high-volume or complex environments to guide business direction.
