Job summary

Victoria’s Secret & Co. in California is seeking a PINK Manager to lead in higher-volume stores, delivering exceptional customer and associate experiences, driving top-line growth, and coaching Brand Supervisors for consistent execution.

This role reports to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, as assigned. The position focuses on visual execution, storytelling, performance insights, and talent management, with collaboration to ensure seamless operations and standards across the store

Qualifications

• Passion for the Victoria’s Secret Brand and the ability to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Experience reviewing business reports and insights and taking immediate and deliberate action to achieve results.
• A sense of self-awareness with an interest in seeking feedback to improve and develop.
• Experience selecting and developing direct reports to the next level and creating an environment where people do their best work.
• Experience with influencing cross-functional partners in informal and formal settings.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, as well as frequent bending, stretching, kneeling, walking, and prolonged standing as part of daily tasks.
• Ability to use technology (headsets, mobile devices, computers).
• 3+ years of retail leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate brand direction into clear priorities and daily actions on the sales floor.
• Drive product storytelling and selling behaviors to protect the customer’s emotional experience.
• Provide category-level performance insights using company tools and reports.
• Maintain sales floor and fitting room standards.
• Participate in talent lifecycle, including interviewing and performance management with the Store Manager.
• Oversee direct reports, including PINK Supervisors and Selling Associates.
• Lead in higher volume or more complex environments to drive performance and direction.
