Victoria’s Secret & Co. is seeking a PINK Manager to deliver exceptional customer and associate experiences and grow brand top-line sales. In higher complexity stores, this role directs Brand Supervisors with coaching and prioritization to ensure consistent execution. Reports to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, as assigned.

The role emphasizes leadership, visual merchandising, and alignment with brand guidance in a fast-paced retail setting.

• Experience reviewing business reports and insights and taking action to achieve results.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule.
• Experience selecting and developing direct reports and creating an environment for success.

Responsibilities

• The PINK Manager drives the overall customer and brand experience within the PINK Business.
• Ensure product presentation and selling behaviors reflect the Brand’s guidance and objectives.
• Owns visual execution within their line of business and translates brand direction into priorities.
• Lead product storytelling and selling behaviors while protecting the customer experience tone.
• Provide coaching, development, and performance guidance to PINK Supervisors and Selling Associates.
• Lead and manage talent lifecycle, including interviewing and hiring decisions in coordination with Store Manager.
