Job summary

Dow Inc. is seeking an Instrumentation & Electrical Specialist to support pilot plant operations. You will lead teams, prioritize work, and apply problem-solving skills across I&E systems to ensure safe, reliable plant performance.

The role requires hands-on troubleshooting, calibration, and coordination with maintenance and engineering for planned shutdowns. A strong safety mindset and the ability to work overtime may be needed.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED.
• Associates Degree in Instrumentation or Electrical preferred.
• 4+ years instrumentation and/or electrical experience or military skilled trades experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word/Excel.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot Instrumentation and Electrical issues on Pilot Plant equipment.
• Prepare equipment for maintenance; calibrate instrumentation and maintain I&E equipment.
• Specify and procure I&E equipment per application requirements.
• Test SIS instrument loops and perform I/O loop checks for new field installations.
