Job summary

Dow Inc. seeks a skilled Instrumentation & Electrical professional to support pilot plant operations and lead I&E activities on small capital projects. You will troubleshoot, calibrate, specify equipment, and collaborate across maintenance teams to ensure safe, reliable plant performance.

Requirements include an instrumentation/electrical background, journeyman credentials or equivalent experience, and proficiency with MS Word/Excel. Emphasis on safety and on-call readiness.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Journeyman card or 4 years instrumentation/electrical experience, or 4 years of military skilled trade background.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
U.S. work eligibility; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot I&E issues with pilot plant equipment and diagnose repairs.
Prepare equipment for maintenance, calibrate instrumentation.
Specify and procure Instrumentation and Electrical equipment per requirements.
Lead I&E aspects of small capital projects and maintain schedules.
Assist with planned plant shutdowns for repairs and installations.
Support training for Run Plant Technicians and Engineers.
