Job summary

Club Pilates North Scottsdale and Club Pilates Norterra are seeking high-energy, sales-focused associates who love fitness and community. This role delivers the Club Pilates experience, drives memberships, private training, and retail sales while maintaining hospitality standards.

The position requires excellent communication, the ability to work a non-traditional schedule including early mornings, evenings and weekends, and a willingness to engage with leads and events across the studio network.

Qualifications

• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required.
• Must have genuine hospitality and passion for people.
• Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships, private training and retail.
• Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system.
• Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in person, phone and email.

Responsibilities

• Provide top of the line service to all new and existing members.
• Execute sales and hospitality process of first time pilates experience, follow up on phone, and close the sale.
• Maintain acceptable level of personal sales production.
• Work collaboratively with studio management and franchise owner(s).
• Participate in special events to promote the club.
• Assumes responsibility for developing selling skills.
• Maintain brand standards and initiatives.
