Job summary

Club Pilates Norterra in Scottsdale is seeking energetic, sales-minded individuals who love fitness and community. The role focuses on delivering an outstanding Club Pilates experience while driving memberships, private training, and retail sales.

Candidates should have strong sales, communication, and customer service skills, be fluent in English, and able to learn the Club Ready software. A non-traditional schedule including early mornings, evenings, and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required.
• Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in person, phone and email.
• Must be able to learn and use the Club Ready software system.
• Must have proficient computer skills and be able to type fast.
• Must have flexibility for a non-traditional schedule including early-morning, evening and weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Provide top of the line service to all new and existing members.
• Execute sales and hospitality process of first time Pilates experience, follow up on phone, and close the sale.
• Maintain acceptable level of personal sales production.
• Work collaboratively with studio management and franchise owner(s).
• Participate in special events to promote the club.
• Assumes responsibility for developing selling skills.
• Maintain brand standards and initiatives.

We are currently seeking high energy, passion filled, and sales motivated individuals who are fitness minded and have a love for community, and our brand! We are a fast-growing Indoor Reformer Based Pilates Studio @ Club Pilates North Scottsdale and Club Pilates Norterra. We are looking for individuals who want to grow with us! Our Club PilatesSales Experience Customer Service Associate delivers the Club Pilatesexperience and drives sales daily.

Requirements:

• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required
• Must have genuine hospitality and passion for people
• Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships, private training and retail
• Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system
• Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in person, phone and email
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Must have proficient computer skills and be able to type fast
• Must have flexibility for a non-traditional schedule including early-morning, eveing and weekend availability

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able and willing to assist with calling upon leads that come into the studio
• Must be willing to clean Reformers, Bathrooms, Lobby, and Private Training Room
• Must be able to lift up to 20lbs
