Club Pilates operates studios across the region and seeks a driven Sales Associate in North Carolina. You will represent the brand, attract new prospects, close memberships and training services, and deliver outstanding customer service to retain members.

A fitness background is helpful, but strong sales experience is highly valued. The role emphasizes lead generation, client tours, and meeting monthly sales quotas while promoting private training, teacher training, and retail merchandise.

Qualifications

• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required.
• Goal-oriented with ability to achieve sales in memberships, retail, and training services.
• Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales process from lead generation to close.
• Conduct tours of the studio and assess prospective members' needs.
• Maintain a personal sales production level to meet quotas.
• Promote services and present offerings to members and prospects.
• Schedule high-quality appointments to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Participate in events to promote the studio and attract new members.
• Develop selling skills and continuously improve performance.
• Other duties as assigned by the studio.
