Job summary

Club Pilates is hiring a Sales Associate in New York to represent the brand, bring in new prospects, and close memberships, private training, and retail sales. The role emphasizes outstanding customer service and a fitness background is preferred but not required.

You will learn the Club Ready system and work toward monthly sales targets in a studio setting. The position offers a base salary based on experience with commission, potential bonuses, and opportunities for growth within the studio

Qualifications

• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required.
• Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system.
• Must communicate professionally and effectively to clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close.
• Conduct tours of the studio while establishing a relationship with prospective members.
• Maintain acceptable level of personal sales production.
• Present available services to current or prospective members.
• Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota.
• Participate in special events to promote the club.
• Develop selling skills and take on additional duties as assigned.
