Job summary

Club Pilates in Aliso Viejo, CA is seeking an Assistant General Manager to help run day-to-day operations, lead sales efforts, and deliver excellent guest service. You will oversee staff, schedule classes, and ensure a high standard of studio appearance and client experience.

You will train staff, manage scheduling, coordinate promotions, and ensure inventory and policies are followed while supporting growth across memberships and retail.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in generating personal sales and training Sales Associates.
• Ability to drive revenue: memberships, retail sales, private training, enrollments.
• Highly organized with data management and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Affinity for fitness and trustworthy with confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Execute lead generation via Grass Roots Marketing and networking.
• Implement sales process to schedule prospects into introductory classes.
• Drive & increase membership & retail sales through customer service.
• Train and support Sales Associates.
• Maintain studio inventory and ensure accurate counts.
• Schedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotions.
• Assist marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio.
• Adhere to all company policies, including at-will employment.
