Job summary

Club Pilates in Long Beach is seeking a General Manager to oversee studio operations, lead all sales efforts, drive membership growth and supervise Sales Associates. The GM will manage instructors, scheduling, and ensure a high-quality member experience.

With a focus on data-driven decision making, you will coordinate marketing, staffing, inventory and studio policies to maintain a thriving, service-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail or fitness sales.
• Ability to drive 4 revenue streams: memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training.
• Fluent English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation and grass-roots marketing.
• Membership sales and Intro class scheduling.
• Manage staff schedules and supervise Sales Associates.
• Hire/manage instructors and review evaluations.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and studio cleanliness.
• Plan marketing campaigns and community events.
