Club Pilates Milpitas seeks a General Manager to oversee all studio functions from sales to instructors. You will lead sales efforts, drive membership growth, and reduce attrition while hiring, training, and managing Sales Associates within the studio.

You will direct studio operations, manage staff, and ensure excellent customer service across memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training, all in a fast-paced fitness environment.

Qualificações

• 2+ years in retail or fitness sales
• Confident in generating personal sales and training Sales Associates
• Ability to manage four revenue streams: memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training

Responsabilidades

• Lead generation including Grass Roots Marketing and Networking
• Implement sales process to schedule prospects into Intro classes
• Membership sales
• Manage staff schedule
• Ensure studio retail/products are stocked with accurate inventory counts
• Train and supervise Sales Associates
• Hire/manage instructors at the studio
• Proficiency in ClubReady, including revenue and attendance reports
• Review instructor evaluations and mentor staff
• Make decisions related to high level customer service
• Collect outstanding dues
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Pilates Studio
• Enforce Club Pilates policies and procedures
• Ensure forms and studio literature are stocked and visible
• Schedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotions
• Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads
