Riser Fitness in California operates the Club Pilates brand and seeks a General Manager to oversee all studio functions, lead sales efforts, and drive membership growth. The role includes hiring, training, and supervising Sales Associates, while maintaining studio operations and customer service excellence.

You will manage instructor hiring, staff schedules, and ensure accurate inventory, with a focus on four revenue streams: memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of retail/service sales or fitness sales experience.
• Confident in generating personal sales and training Sales Associates.
• Ability to manage 4 revenue streams: memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training.

• Lead generation including Grass Roots Marketing and Networking.
• Implement sales process to schedule prospects into Intro classes.
• Membership sales and revenue growth.
• Manage staff schedule and studio operations.
• Ensure studio retail/inventory accuracy and stock.
• Train and supervise Sales Associates and instructors.
• Proficiency with ClubReady and revenue/attendance reports.
• Maintain high level customer service and resolve issues.
• Collaborate on marketing campaigns to generate leads.
