Job summary

Club Pilates in Palo Alto, CA is seeking an Assistant General Manager for a full-time Studio Team role. You will drive revenue through memberships, retail, private training bookings, and instructor-coordinator support, while delivering exceptional member service in a fast-paced boutique fitness environment.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English, professional, and highly organized with strong communication and data-management skills.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to generate personal sales and train Sales Associates in transactions.
• Highly organized with data management skills and ability to prioritize deadlines.
• Professional, punctual, reliable, and neat with attention to detail.
• Affinity and passion for fitness; comfort working in a boutique studio environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute lead generation via Grass Roots Marketing and Networking.
• Implement sales process to schedule prospects into introductory classes.
• Drive and increase membership and retail sales through customer service.
• Problem-solve staffing/scheduling issues with instructors and other personnel.
• Ensure studio retail/products are stocked with accurate inventory counts.
• Train and support Sales Associates.
• Independently make decisions related to high level customer service.
• Collect outstanding dues.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Pilates Studio.
• Enforce Club Pilates policies and procedures and lead by example.
• Ensure all forms, administrative supplies, and studio literature are stocked and visible.
• Schedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotions.
• Assist with marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio.
• Execute adherence to all company policies, including at-will employment.
• Other duties as assigned.
