Club Pilates is seeking a Sales Representative to support the General Manager in driving new membership sales and member retention. The role centers on lead generation, demo classes, and promoting the studio’s services. Pilates experience helps but is not required, and there is room for growth within the organization.

Ideal candidates are strong communicators with a target-driven mindset who can travel occasionally and manage multiple sales tasks in a fast-paced fitness environment.

Qualifications

• Sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Pilates experience is a plus but not required.
• Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation, follow-up, and closing sales.
• Conduct studio tours and assess client needs.
• Maintain personal sales performance and targets.
• Promote the club’s fitness services and mission.
• Present services to prospective and current members.
• Book appointments to meet monthly sales goals.
• Represent the studio at community events.
• Continuously develop sales skills.
