Job summary

Xponential Fitness is seeking a Sales Representative to assist the General Manager with membership sales and retention at Club Pilates. This role involves conducting tours, executing the sales process, and promoting the club's services.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills. A background in Pilates is preferable. Competitive base salary plus commission on sales and opportunities for growth within the organization.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills via in person, phone, and email.
• Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close.
• Conduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship with clients.
• Maintain acceptable level of personal sales production.
• Present available services to current or prospective members.
• Participate in special events to promote the club.
