Job summary

Club Pilates - Norterra is seeking a General Manager to oversee all studio operations including sales, instructor management, and vendor relations. The role focuses on growing memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training while maintaining a high standard of client service.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in fitness or retail sales, strong English communication, and proven leadership with data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail/service or fitness sales experience.
• Confident in generating personal sales and training Sales Reps.
• Able to manage four revenue streams: memberships, retail, private training, teacher training.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with strong data management and deadline focus.
• Proficient with computers and studio software.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation through Grass Roots Marketing and Networking.
• Implement sales processes to convert prospects to demos.
• Drive memberships and upsell opportunities.
• Manage staff schedule and vendor coordination.
• Supervise instructors and hire/manage studio staff.
• Review instructor performance and revenue reports in ClubReady.
• Maintain studio cleanliness, policies, and organizational standards.
• Plan networking events and community promotions.
