Job summary

Club Pilates is seeking a General Manager for a San Mateo studio to lead sales, member growth, and staff development. You will hire, train and supervise Sales Associates, oversee studio operations, and drive four revenue streams including memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training.

You will use ClubReady for revenue and attendance reports, maintain high customer service standards, enforce policies, schedule staff, and participate in community events to promote the studio.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of fitness sales or retail sales experience.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage four revenue streams: memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training.
• Proficient in data management and prioritizing deadlines.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation including Grass Roots Marketing and Networking.
• Implement sales process to schedule prospects into Intro classes.
• Membership sales.
• Manage staff schedule.
• Ensure studio retail/products are stocked with accurate inventory counts.
• Train and supervise Sales Associates.
• Hire/Manage instructors at the studio.
• Proficiency in ClubReady for revenue and attendance reports.
