Job summary

Riser Fitness, LLC is seeking a General Manager to oversee all studio functions from sales to instructors. You will lead all sales efforts, drive membership growth, hire/train Sales Associates, and manage studio operations with independent judgment.

Responsibilities include lead generation, membership sales, staff scheduling, inventory accuracy, training, and enforcing policies. Experience in fitness sales and ClubReady proficiency are highly preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail/service sales or fitness sales experience.
• Confident in generating personal sales and training Sales Associates in sales.
• Ability to manage and drive 4 revenue streams: memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training.
• Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with data management, able to prioritize and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation including Grass Roots Marketing and Networking.
• Implement sales process to schedule prospects into Intro classes.
• Membership sales and revenue growth across four streams.
• Manage staff schedule and inventory accuracy.
• Train and supervise Sales Associates and instructors.
• Proficiency in ClubReady and revenue/attendance reporting.
• Maintain studio cleanliness and enforce policies.
• Schedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotions.
• Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads.
