Rowan’s Mall at Green Hills studio is seeking a warm, customer-obsessed Studio Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional piercing and shopping experience. You will greet customers, help them book appointments, and guide jewelry selections while upholding cleanliness and safety standards.

You will work weekends, support the team, and contribute to achieving studio goals with friendly, knowledgeable service. If you love jewelry and enjoy helping customers find perfect pieces, this role welcomes

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or service industry preferred and weekend availability.
• Ability to greet customers warmly and create a celebratory environment.
• Aptitude for upselling and explaining product care instructions.
• Strong communication and math skills for transactions and stock checks.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and help book appointments using POS and software.
• Promote Rowan’s products, upsell jewelry and aftercare kits.
• Assist with maintaining studio cleanliness and inventory.
• Collaborate with Studio Manager and team to meet studio goals.
• Process transactions and manage returns/exchanges accurately.
