Swiftx Express in Eastvale, CA seeks an experienced Logistics Operations Manager to oversee pickup operations, monitor on-time performance, and optimize dispatch routing across service regions. You will manage driver assignments, collaborate with warehouse and customer service teams, and ensure SLA compliance while controlling costs.

The role requires 5+ years in logistics operations, a Bachelor's degree preferred, strong analytical and leadership skills, and fluency in Mandarin and English.

• Experience managing KPIs and process improvements.

• Proficient in Excel and operational reporting tools.
• Bilingual in Mandarin and English.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall pickup operations and ensure SLA compliance across service regions
• Monitor and improve customer pickup timeliness and operational performance
• Oversee driver dispatch operations and optimize daily routing efficiency
• Coordinate pickup operations for key accounts and large-volume customers
• Investigate and resolve pickup-related operational exceptions and service failures
• Analyze pickup operational costs and implement cost control initiatives
• Optimize pickup routes and dispatch planning to improve efficiency and service levels
• Monitor pickup KPIs, including on-time pickup rate, route utilization, service quality, and operational productivity
• Collaborate cross-functionally with warehouse, transportation, and customer service teams
• Develop operational processes and continuous improvement initiatives to support scalable growth
• Support peak season pickup capacity planning and operational contingency management
