Job summary

SwiftX Inc. in Eastvale, CA is seeking a logistics professional to coordinate daily pickup schedules and support dispatch operations. You will monitor SLA performance and communicate with drivers and customers on status updates.

The role supports large-volume and key accounts, investigates pickup issues, and contributes to route optimization. Strong Mandarin/English, Excel, and organization are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in logistics, dispatch, transportation, customer service, or operations support preferred.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Proficiency in Excel and basic operational systems.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Bilingual in Mandarin and English.
