Job summary

Swiftx Express in Eastvale, CA is seeking a logistics coordinator to support daily pickup scheduling and dispatch operations. You will communicate with drivers and customers, monitor SLA performance, and assist with peak-season capacity planning.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and Excel proficiency, with preference for a Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years in logistics or related fields. Bilingual Mandarin and English is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1+ years of experience in logistics, dispatch, transportation, customer service, or operations support preferred
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
• Proficiency in Excel and basic operational systems
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Bilingual in Mandarin and English

Responsibilities

• Support pickup cost tracking and operational data analysis
• Coordinate with warehouse and transportation teams to ensure smooth operational execution
• Assist with peak season operational support and capacity coordination

• Supervisor: 60k-75k + Bonus / Specialist: 21-25/hr +1.5OT +Bonus
