Lowes Foods, LLC is seeking a Pick & Prep team member to engage guests through live product preparation and sampling, while promoting local, fresh and seasonal items. You will demonstrate knife skills and support merchandising in the Pick & Prep area to maintain quality standards.

You will work with team members to ensure a high level of guest service, operate scales and computers, and comply with sanitation and safety protocols in a fast-paced grocery environment.

• Ability to bend, kneel and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to take direction from supervision.
• Ability to work with computers and scales.

Responsabilidades

• Actively engage guests through product preparation, sampling and suggestive selling.
• Demonstrate superior guest service and storytelling about products (Fresh, Healthy, Seasonal, Local).
• Show knife showmanship to highlight Pick & Prep services.
• Operate the Pick & Prep area per merchandising and operational standards.
• Ensure product quality meets Lowes Foods standards.
• Maintain sanitation and safety in the department per company standards.
• Perform product preparation, receiving, ordering, stocking and guest service as needed.
• Make PA announcements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
