Job summary

MDVIP is seeking a Successions Sourcer in physician recruitment to build and sustain a robust, nationwide physician pipeline. You will work with the Succession Operations team to convert passive interest into qualified conversations and use AI tools to enhance search strings and market insights.

You will collaborate daily with recruiters, maintain data hygiene in Gem and Monday.com, and report on sourcing metrics while traveling as needed for team meetings and recruiting events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 3+ years of talent sourcing, recruiting research, or full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Proficient with Boolean search and at least one sourcing platform.
• Experience using ATS/CRM as system of record and meeting activity targets.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain qualified physician pipelines for assigned succession markets.
• Execute advanced sourcing strategies across platforms and AI-assisted tools.
• Design and run multi-touch outreach campaigns to improve response rates.
• Conduct market research to profile physician density and ownership patterns.
• Partner with recruiters to align sourcing output with requisition priority.
• Maintain data hygiene in Gem and Monday.com for accurate reporting.
• Track sourcing metrics and adjust approaches based on results.
• Contribute to shared knowledge base with templates and strings.
