Job summary

MDVIP is seeking an Executive Director, Specialist Physician Sales to lead the specialist recruitment program within its field-based team, starting with Cardiology and Endocrinology. You will combine clinical credibility with sales strategy to recruit top physicians into the MDVIP model.

In this remote, travel-intensive role, you will build the sales enablement framework, establish qualification criteria, and deliver training to scale specialist engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years in complex healthcare sales or related field.
• Experience partnering with field sales in overlay or support role.
• Experience delivering credible sales presentations to physicians.
• Trained in the Challenger Selling model with proven results.

Responsibilities

• Serve as specialty SME within field-based recruitment to recruit physicians.
• Partner with Physician Development team to drive specialist recruitment.
• Build and execute specialty sales pipeline and enablement strategies.
• Develop qualification criteria, playbooks, and training for specialists.
• Translate deal insights into training materials for the team.
• Collaborate with Product to refine offers and pricing.
