Job summary

MDVIP is seeking a dynamic Physician Development Director to join our national team. This field-based role identifies, engages, and recruits primary care physicians to join the MDVIP personalized healthcare model.

This role reports to a Regional Vice President and supports the Physician Development Team. As a key driver of growth, you will travel extensively, network with affiliates and healthcare influencers, conduct outreach, tailor messaging to each practice, host regional events, and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
Four years of relevant sales experience, ideally in healthcare or consultative sales.
Experience presenting professional, compelling sales presentations.
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

Travel extensively to target cities to identify and engage physician candidates.
Network with MDVIP affiliates and healthcare influencers to uncover warm leads.
Conduct cold calls and in-person outreach to generate interest.
Understand each physician’s business model to tailor messaging and strategy.
Host regional dinner events to educate prospective physicians about MDVIP.
Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth transitions post-contract.
Maintain a CRM pipeline and meet quarterly and annual recruitment targets.
