Job summary

TeleSpecialists is seeking a Physician Recruitment Lead Generation Specialist to identify and engage physician talent, moving qualified candidates toward interview. You will manage sourcing channels, campaigns, and data in the CRM while upholding professional standards.

This role collaborates with Growth and Strategy to craft lead-generation tools, tracks KPIs, and supports staffing across residencies and fellowships.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in recruiting, talent sourcing, lead generation, sales or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Prior knowledge of Salesforce CRM, a similar applicant tracking system (ATS), and candidate databases required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain physician job board postings.
• Increase recruitment from internal referrals, professional societies, the TeleSpecialists website, and training programs.
• Grow visibility on LinkedIn, X, Doximity and other platforms.
• Establish a recruitment process for residency and fellowship stages.
• Maintain a structured recruitment workflow from lead generation through contracting.
• Keep the Salesforce CRM updated for recruitment, interviewing, and contracting.
• Improve candidate screening processes.
• Streamline the processing of qualified candidates to shorten time-to-interview.
• Collaborate to create lead-generation tools highlighting TeleSpecialists benefits.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, job boards, agencies, and conferences.
• Create and monitor digital/ direct marketing campaigns to attract physicians.
• Produce reports and KPI benchmarks for recruitment; collaborate with department heads.
