MDVIP is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Sales Operations Specialist to join our growing Sales Operations team. In this role, you will provide critical operational, administrative, and analytical support to the sales organization — managing collateral and inventory, supporting physician recruitment events, maintaining CRM and referral data, and delivering the reporting that helps sales leadership make informed decisions. This role blends process management, data accuracy, and field collaboration to keep MDVIP’s sales organization running efficiently. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and comfortable making business decisions and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with a strong service mindset toward internal sales partners. You will collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, physician services, data operations, and the survey team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
