Job summary

Tenet Healthcare seeks a Partnership Liaison in Albuquerque to drive physician outreach and practice engagement. You will build relationships with physicians, practice managers and schedulers, supporting credentialing and onboarding, and expanding service lines to increase case volume.

The role requires travel within the market, strong communication, and collaboration with Business Development and Operations leaders to meet center objectives.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred; Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in health system physician relations, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills; ability to travel; Motor Vehicle Records check may be required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct in-person visits to physician offices to increase center selection.
• Identify utilization trends and discuss with providers to improve case volume.
• Coordinate with Operations to optimize block times and access.
• Conduct face-to-face sales meetings explaining center attributes and patient experience.
• Follow up with physicians and practice managers to address growth needs.
• Provide feedback to credentialing and onboarding resources to expand provider base.
• Prepare sales reports showing case volume growth and market opportunities.
• Adapt business development tactics based on provider feedback.
• Maintain knowledge of the market hospital and provider landscape in the service area.
• Document client engagements in the CRM daily.
• Support service line expansion, extended hours, and cancellation recapture initiatives.
• Perform duties with high ethical standards and adherence to policies.
