Job summary

Dane Street is seeking a physician recruiter to maintain the physician panel, negotiate costs within guidelines, and onboard physicians based on client needs. This goal- and production-based role requires meeting monthly recruiting targets and active field presence across regional markets.

The role involves panel maintenance, onboarding, negotiations, and obtaining paperwork (CV, W9, NPDB), plus in-person recruitment visits to support panel growth and retention.

Qualifications

• Experience in physician recruitment within healthcare or insurance settings.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with physician networks, medical terminology, and compliance guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain physician panel as per client fee schedules and guidelines.
• Onboard new physicians and secure necessary paperwork (CV, W9, NPDB).
• Conduct in-person recruitment visits and build panel relationships.
• Research and outreach for new panel options and regional expansion.
• Schedule and coordinate with operations to maximize scheduling capacity.
• Foster long-term partnerships with panel doctors through ongoing engagement.
