Job summary

Dane Street in New Jersey is seeking a physician recruitment specialist to maintain the physician panel, negotiate terms, and onboard new physicians to meet client needs. This role is production-based and requires meeting monthly recruiting targets.

You will conduct in-person visits, manage panel relationships, and drive recruitment sourcing in regional markets, with a focus on supporting IME exam services. Strong negotiation, compliance awareness, and paperwork handling are essential.

Qualifications

• Physician recruitment experience in Healthcare/Insurance setting or equivalent transferable skill set.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of physician networks, recruitment, medical specialties, and terminology.
• General knowledge of State and Federal compliance guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the physician panel and negotiate costs/terms per guidelines.
• Onboard new physicians based on Client needs and obtain necessary paperwork (agreement, CV, W9, NPDB).
• Recruit and manage doctors in regional markets to support IME exam services.
• Conduct in-person recruitment visits and build long-term panel relationships.
• Schedule and coordinate with Operations to maximize capacity and panel growth.
• Address licensing and certifications for doctors as needed.
