Job summary

Dane Street is seeking a recruiter to maintain its physician panel, negotiate costs within guidelines, and onboard new physicians based on client needs. This role is production-based and targets monthly recruiting goals.

Responsibilities include panel maintenance, negotiating terms, obtaining paperwork (agreement, CV, W9, NPDB), and in-person outreach to expand the panel. Team collaboration and a strong client focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Physician recruitment experience in a Healthcare/Insurance setting or equivalent transferable skill set.
• Business experience in a healthcare and/or insurance setting is preferred.
• Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the physician panel, negotiate costs and terms per guidelines.
• Onboard new physicians based on client needs and obtain necessary paperwork (agreement, CV, W9, NPDB).
• Recruit and manage doctors in regional markets to support IME exam services.
• Conduct in-person recruitment visits and build long-term relationships with panel physicians.
• Coordinate scheduling and locate exam sites; assist Operations to maximize capacity.
• Ensure panel physicians are compliant with state and federal guidelines.
