Job summary

Dane Street is seeking a recruiter responsible for the maintenance of the physician panel, negotiating costs with physicians within pre-established guidelines, and onboarding new physicians to meet Client needs.

This goal- and production-based role requires meeting monthly recruitment targets and involves in-person recruitment and visits to support panel growth, retention, and regional coverage.

Qualifications

• Physician recruitment experience in healthcare/insurance settings.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of physician networks and terminology.
• Understanding of state and federal compliance guidelines.
• Ability to manage time and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain physician panel and onboarding processes.
• Negotiate costs and contract terms per guidelines.
• Recruit and manage doctors in regional markets for IME services.
• Document requirements: agreements, applications, CVs, W9s, NPDB.
• Conduct in-person visits to support panel growth and retention.
• Schedule and coordinate to maximize capacity.
• Coordinate with Network leadership on fee structures.
• Address licensing/certifications for doctors.
