Job summary

Dane Street is seeking a Physician Recruiter to maintain the physician panel, negotiate terms within guidelines, and onboard physicians to meet client needs. This goal- and production-based role requires meeting monthly recruiting targets.

Responsibilities include negotiating costs, managing physician profiles, onboarding new doctors, conducting outreach, and coordinating with operations to maximize scheduling capacity. Travel to clinics may be required.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of physician networks, recruitment, medical terminology.
• General knowledge of state and federal compliance guidelines.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage time and meet deadlines; typing and computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the physician panel and update profiles and fees.
• Negotiate costs and contract terms according to guidelines.
• Onboard new physicians based on client needs.
• Outreach to recruit physicians and address licensing requirements.
• Coordinate with Network leadership and support scheduling capacity.
• Conduct in-person recruitment and relationship management visits when needed.
