Job summary

Dane Street is seeking a Physician Recruiter to maintain and expand its physician panel. You will negotiate physician fees within guidelines, onboard new physicians based on client demand, and ensure OSRs are resolved promptly, leveraging relationships and industry knowledge to grow the network and support operations.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of physician recruitment experience in a healthcare or insurance environment.
• Familiarity with provider networks and healthcare operations is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate physician agreements and terms.
• Onboard new physicians based on client demand.
• Maintain and update physician records (fees, W9s, remittance, profiles, groups, deactivations/reactivations).
• Research and source new panel options as needed.
• Recruit appropriate specialists to fulfill OSRs and provide updates on progress.
• Collaborate with Director of Operations to finalize fees and ensure network alignment.
