Job summary

Dane Street is seeking a recruiter to maintain the physician panel, negotiate costs, and onboard physicians to meet client needs in the White Plains area. This role is production-based with monthly recruiting targets and a focus on panel growth and retention.

Responsibilities include managing existing physicians, obtaining documentation, and performing in-person recruitment visits to support operational needs and scheduling capacity.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in physician recruitment in healthcare/insurance settings preferred.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills; ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain physician panel and negotiate terms within guidelines.
• Onboard new physicians based on client needs and ensure paperwork (W-9, CV, NPDB) is complete.
• Recruit and manage doctors in regional markets to support clinic services and coverage.
• Foster partnerships with panel doctors through in-person visits and ongoing field presence.
• Coordinate open service requests and scheduling to maximize capacity.
