Job summary

United Surgical Partners International, Inc. is seeking a Partnership Liaison to build relationships with proceduralist physicians and practice managers to grow center case volume.

The role supports credentialing, onboarding, access to procedural times, and service-line expansion, while ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and market priorities. You will travel within the market and present insights to leadership to drive sustainable growth and excellent patient care.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; higher degrees preferred.
• Experience in health system physician relations, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices is desirable.
• Demonstrated success in a business development / sales role and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct in-person visits with key stakeholders to grow center case volume.
• Identify trends in provider utilization and discuss dynamics with practices.
• Coordinate with operations to optimize block times and access to procedural time.
• Conduct face-to-face sales meetings to explain center attributes, capabilities and patient experience.
• Complete follow-up meetings to understand provider needs and obstacles to growth.
• Prepare and present sales reports measuring case volume growth and opportunities.
• Maintain CRM records of client engagements and required follow-up actions.
• Support service line expansion and extended hours initiatives as directed.
