Job summary

Atrium Health seeks an experienced HR/recruitment liaison to manage physician and APC interview, onboarding, and integration for a defined market. You’ll align site processes with recruiters, educate candidates on services, facilities and community, and support workforce planning and retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Typically 5+ years of experience in HR/marketing/medical group ops with provider relations and multi-team coordination.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, retention and market development.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and project coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the primary site liaison, educating candidates and coordinating pre-interview activities with physician leaders and recruitment colleagues.
• Maintains consistent candidate communications, itineraries, market plans and problem-solving feedback.
• Identifies candidate needs, offers community information and coordinates site visits.
• Plans and schedules interviews, ensures cultural and skill fit, and gathers visitor feedback.
• Collaborates with administration to summarize physician opportunities and community context for recruitment.
• Markets Atrium Health to candidates and supports integration and first-year transitions.
• Monitors credentialing/licensing processes with internal/external parties to keep offers moving.
• Oversees onboarding with departments to ensure smooth transitions and orientation.
