Advocate Aurora is seeking a dedicated Recruitment Liaison to support physician recruitment processes, liaising with candidates and physician leaders, coordinating site visits, and ensuring efficient onboarding across the system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration or HR related field.
• Typically 5 years of experience in HR, marketing, medical group operations or communications.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the primary site liaison coordinating pre-interview activities with recruitment colleagues.
• Provides consistent communication on candidate status, itineraries, and market conditions.
• Identifies candidate family needs and provides community information.
• Coordinates site visit plans, interviews, and feedback with leadership.
• Collaborates with administration to summarize physician practice opportunities and community context.
• Maintains organization-wide branding and candidate communications.
• Conducts exit interviews and reports trends to senior leadership.
• Monitors credentialing, privileging, and licensing processes with internal/external partners.
• Oversees onboarding and new hire transition activities.
