Responsibilities

• Acts as the primary site liaison and provides consultation/education during the pre-interviewing process.
• Develops, coordinates, and schedules site visit plans, itineraries and interviews for candidates.
• Oversees onboarding and coordination of new hires with department colleagues.
• Maintains and shares candidate and community information to support recruitment decisions.
