Responsibilities

• Facilitate on-site visits for physician candidates and families, arranging travel and lodging.
• Provide in-person support for candidate interviews to ensure a welcoming experience.
• Coordinate interview logistics and manage on-site presence during visits.
• Send post-interview evaluations and develop feedback processes.
• Assist candidates with reimbursement for incidental expenses.
• Negotiate rates with vendors (hotels, car services, catering).
• Maintain physician visit calendars and support conference exhibitions.
• Attend conferences to identify physician prospects.
• Maintain expense documentation and monthly finance reports.
• Support outreach to residents and fellows within Atlantic Health.
