Responsibilities

• Acts as the primary site liaison and facilitates pre-interviewing; coordinates candidate questions and physician leader introductions.
• Maintains consistent communication on candidate itineraries, market conditions and recruitment plans.
• Develops site visit plans, schedules interviews, and gathers feedback after visits.
• Collaborates with administration to describe physician practices and workforce needs at the site.
• Supports credentialing, privileging, and onboarding processes to ensure timely transitions.
