Advocate Aurora Health in Charlotte is seeking a senior physician recruitment professional to lead pre-interview activities, coordinate site visits, and partner with physician leaders and HR colleagues. The role emphasizes smooth candidate experiences, market insights, and proactive problem solving.

The position requires 5+ years in HR/operations with strong recruitment knowledge, excellent communication, and the ability to travel within the Charlotte metro area.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in HR/ops or related fields with provider relations experience.
• Experience educating providers on services and programs and cross-team facilitation.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment laws and regulations at state/federal level.
• Ability to travel within the Charlotte metro area as needed.

Responsabilités

• Acts as primary site liaison and educates during pre-interviewing to facilitate contact between candidates and physician leaders.
• Communicates candidate itineraries, market conditions, and recruitment plans with site leadership.
• Develops site visit plans, coordinates interviews, and ensures cultural and skill fit.
• Oversees onboarding and coordinates house-hunting and orientation with clinical leadership.
• Maintains relationships with clinicians and leadership to ensure smooth transition and feedback flow.
• Monitors credentialing, privileging, and licensing processes with internal/external partners.
